What we do

Structure. Operate. Connect.

I. Structure

Funds and investment vehicles in Guernsey, Luxembourg and Switzerland. Protected cells, Luxembourg SCSp partnerships with our own general partner, Swiss special purpose vehicles and Actively Managed Certificates.

II. Operate

Each vehicle comes ready for investors: ISIN, bank and payment accounts, paying agent, administration, KYC and reporting. One counterparty coordinates all of it.

III. Connect

Introductions to private banks, independent asset managers, family offices and institutional investors in Europe, and to the licensed placement partners who distribute to them.

Why Europe, why Atrinum

European capital moves through relationships and familiar structures.

Institutional and professional investors in Switzerland, Luxembourg and Monaco allocate through vehicles they recognise and counterparties they know. Depending on the product, we also work with qualified high-net-worth investors and their family offices.

A US or GCC strategy, however strong, rarely reaches them in its domestic wrapper. We provide both halves: the European structure and the relationships to place it in front of the right desks. Our group has worked inside this ecosystem from Zug since 2010.

For family offices & large-scale capital

Structures built around your diversification and investment strategy.

Family offices, ultra-high-net-worth investors and other large-scale capital deployers come to Atrinum when off-the-shelf products do not fit. We design and operate the structure around your strategy — from single-asset vehicles and certificates to dedicated fund cells — so diversification, co-investment and succession plans sit in a wrapper your bank can book, hold and report on.

Each structure is set up in Guernsey, Luxembourg or Switzerland with the operational pieces in place: ISIN, accounts, paying agent, administration and reporting. One counterparty coordinates all of it.
